117 EU-funded water projects on their way to tender

FEnIKS 1.3, the EU's water and wastewater programme for Poland, has selected 94 projects for funding and is evaluating 23 more. Together they are worth about PLN 6.7bn. Each one will be built through works and equipment tenders between 2026 and 2028. Here is every project, who owns it and where its tenders are published.

Project Voivodeship Type Grant, PLN Status Tender platform On TED, 12 months

Values are total project values from the funding lists, in PLN. Euro figures use the ECB rate of 16 Oct 2026 (1 EUR = 4.3700 PLN). The tender platform is where each beneficiary published its tenders since 2024, identified by Count on Water from TED and BZP notices. "On TED" counts notices from the last 12 months whose buyer name matches the beneficiary, including its town. A blank means no match by name, not that no tender exists.

How reserving works

  1. Reserve. Tell us who you are and what you sell. It takes a minute. There is no payment, and it doesn't commit you to buy.
  2. See your preview. Within two working days we email you a preview built for your company: the projects and tenders that match your products and regions, and a real bid opening result.
  3. Confirm online. If it's right for you, confirm your founding membership on this site in one step. You pay only when your access starts in January 2027, by card or by invoice.
Is a reservation binding?
No. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It holds one of the ten places, and its price, for you until you decide. You can withdraw at any time with a one-line email. The only binding step is confirming your membership online, and you do that only if you decide to join.
What do we promise?
To hold your place and the founding price until you decide. Once you join, €1,800 a year is your price for as long as you renew, even when the list price goes up.
What if the ten places are taken?
You join the waiting list, and we tell you first if a founding place opens. Standard membership stays open to everyone.
Do I need a call?
No. Everything happens by email and on this site. If you have a question, write to info@countonwater.com and we answer within two working days.
